  21    * Switched from debhelper compatibility level 3 to 5.  Moved debhelper
  22      dependency to Build-Depends (not Build-Depends-Indep) to support the
  23      clean target (thanks lintian).
  24    * Bumped standards-version to 3.7.2.2 (no changes required).
