To switch between putt and ball, hide the ball shadow layer, show the putter layer and change the colour of path "path11852" from red to white.

png's were exported at 512x512 and nudged 10px down. (10px from the top of the image "canvas" to the top of the first pixel.) Other sizes were made from there.
