* configure.ac:
* debian/changelog: Updating.

* hildon-widgets/hildon-time-editor.c: Adding a "skipper" variable
that prevents us from doing validations from within validations. When
skipper == TRUE vallidation step is being skipped. A workaround.
Fixes NB#44610.
