Critical and minor fixes for -ck swappiness patches (make_swappiness_really_mean_it was missing critical noswap variable from 2.6.32 kernel, and drop_swap_cache_aggressively left a minor vm_swap_full check in place - both now backport relevant code); zero swappiness patch added for completions sake
