- document adding a plugin (depends: in control, var in debian/rules...)
  thoroughly

- sort out things of gstreamer0.10-misc

- fix Depends in gstreamer0.10-plugins with non-linux Depends (alsa...)?

- add *.la to -dev packages

- install changelog and symlinks

- bump up build-deps on xlibs to ensure libraries are in /usr/lib when I
  relibtoolize
