Removed maemo/ directory
Changed g_log levels in all app. Idea is reducing the number of debug messages if modest is not built for showing debug.
* Changes in the autotools stuff affecting a lot of platform dependent code. Now we have a platform (maemo/gnome) and a toolkit (gtk, hildon1 and hildon2). * hildon2 is still pointing to maemo directory. But this change will enable us to begin the hildon2 port work in a different folder. * The change is also important for MID compatibility, as it's platform would be gnome, and the toolkit a hildon flavor. * Removed the HAVE_HILDON0_WIDGETS and similars. Now we have a MODEST_HILDON_API variable with the major number of the hildon library. pmo-trunk-r5822
* show the specific icons for the edit-window and the viewer-window. problem was that hildon expect 64x54 icons (undocumented); so now we're scaling the icons a bit. unfortunately, the scaled icons look a bit blurry (GDK_INTERP_BILINEAR), so filing a bug against graphics to get better icons. Fixes: NB#78366, NB#78367 pmo-trunk-r3883
* modest-outside-sbox patch 1: - remove dependency on scratchbox/hildon/maemo specific gtk+ pmo-trunk-r3819
* forgot these (see r3591) pmo-trunk-r3592
* don't implicitly depend on ossohelp (OSSO_HELP_SHOW_DIALOG) * clean up helplib usage in modest-platform pmo-trunk-r3492
* use hildon_uri_get_actions_by_uri instead of just _get_actions, to make it a bit more intelligent if an URI is e.g. only for mediaplayer pmo-trunk-r3334
* fix for NB#63391, where a notes-attachment would be opened in the browser instead - code would make a temp file <random>.ext and ask the mime system to open that, however, it only took the *last* extension, so foo.notes.html would become <random>.html, and thus opened in browser - second, it would open with these funny random chars in the name - solution: we now make a temporary-directory (with random name), and save the attachment file there with it's real name - one issue remaining are attachments without a name. * make #define hildon_foo --> osso_foo for the functions in modest-platform, so we can get rid of the ugly #ifdef blocks. pmo-trunk-r3179
* set the uber-ugly thumbable scrollbar as required by the spec. for main, viewer and editor fixes: NB#62858 pmo-trunk-r2655
* cleanup the configuration system a bit: - don't have an overall 'hildon0' or 'hildon1' check, because this causes problems with sardine - check for ogs, hildon-help, hildon-notify etc. separately - turn on -Werr for *all* maemo builds pmo-trunk-r2383
* make modest work on pre-OSSO 1.1 once more (don't require the notification stuff) pmo-trunk-r2267
* configure.ac: * Added dependecy on hildon-help for hildon-1 * src/maemo/modest-hildon-includes.h: * Now it includes hildon-help for hildon-1 platform. * src/maemo/modest-platform.c: * Now it uses hildon-help instead of osso help in hildon-1 platform. pmo-trunk-r2060
* add modest-hildon-includes.h also for 1.1 build (fixes build there) pmo-trunk-r1717
* Change mail_operation_new calls tu use the new field 'id'. * Implementation of updating refresh call for updating progress values and emiting signal 'progress_changed'. * Review ProgressBar widget layout. * Adding alignment and adjustment objects pmo-trunk-r1712
* Added some missing includes * Added a "," that was causing a build problem * Added MSG-NOT404 confirmation note when moving messages pmo-trunk-r1707
* fixes for latest hildon version pmo-trunk-r1704
