        Use the ALARM_EVENT_ACTIVATION flag so that emails are updated even when 
        modest is not already running. This is the behaviour of the old client, and     
        Mox says it is what we should do for modest.
        This closes projects.maemo.org bug NB#64327.

        (modest_ui_dimming_rules_on_delete_msg): For a ModestMsgViewWindow, 
        examine the actual message instead of whatever might be selected 
        in the header view. This stops the delete toolbar button and menu item
        from being dimmed when opening a message view the search UI, 
        partially fixing projects.maemo.org bug NB#63811.

        However, when actually deleting, I now get this warning:
        "tny_header_set_flags: This is a header instance for a new message. 
        Only priority and attachment flags are supported"

        This is probably useful in other cases too.

        (get_password): When the password is wrong after it is entered

        again.

        However, I do not actually seem to get new POP messages even when 
        clicking the refresh button manually. A restart gets them.

        Try to get the source directory from the build system,
        instead of hard-coding "./" into the source code, when opening our local

        But this still fails when opening the wizard from the Accounts window, 
        maybe because the working directory seems to change at runtime.
        So the wizard will fail the second time unless you copy the files into their 
        proper locations - see the stdout warnings for the paths.
        
        (create_page_account_details),(on_before_next): 
        Check for existing non-server accounts instead of server accounts, 
        so the default account name is useful again, and to prevent trying to 
        recreate accounts.
        
        * src/maemo/modest-account-view-window.c: (on_new_button_clicked): 
        Show the wizard when New is clicked.
        
        * src/widgets/modest-account-view.c: (on_account_default_toggled),
        (init_view): Show the column headers, and show the columns that are 
        specified in the UI specs. However, something in Maemo's GTK+ prevents 
        us from handling the GtkCellRendererToggle::toggled signal, so we cannot 
        change the default account. This is despite unsetting the special properties.

        This seems to be how this should be used. If it is, then I will update the AccountMgr documentation 
        to make that clearer.
