* add progress indication.
  - ModestTnyHeaderTree now emits a signal 'status_update' whenever the headers
  tree is being updated (and when that is over)
  - a new marshaller is created (marshall.list) for this
  - ModestUI connects to the signal, and updates the status bar...
  - ...which is added to the UI
