Construct a real URL from the data and launch that in the browser

- Separated location tracking start/stop to their own functions
- Stop location tracking after a location is received

First tryout version for launching the browser from the widget

Adapted the unit test Makefile to the directory structure change.

This is a direct translation from the Python prototype. There is some
cleaning up to be done next. Includes unit test.
