Updated packaging files in debian folder.

New ui for adding new saved locations. Also many small fixes and
improvements.

Ui support added for GpsLocation. Menu with button to toggle gps on or
off and button in FavoriteSelectionDialog to enable the use of gps
location.

Created new class GpsLocation that handles communication with gps. It
also inherits Location so that it can be used with the same interface.

Ui integration is not implemented yet.

Created new ui for the program. Almost everything that worked previously
works in this version too. Missing parts are: gps support and adding new
