        Renamed an enum, added comments, added an enum
        for retrieve-limit errors.

        (modest_mail_operation_get_msgs_full):
        (modest_mail_operation_update_account),
        Added comments about how this works, and some code that should
        (but does not) check the retrieve-limit. See the TODO comment.
