added todo item: populate with pre-defined apps

[simple-launcher] / TODO

 * review the code and make it less hackish
 * show a note in postinst about activating the applet
                * must only be done if a fresh installation is performed
 * if this is a first start, then populate the toolbar with existing pre-defined applications
